Normek

Normek is one of the leading suppliers of steel structures, steel bridges, and facade systems in the Nordics. The company specializes in the design, manufacturing, and installation of steel structures, steel bridges, and facade and roofing systems. Normek offers a comprehensive solution comprising design, manufacturing, and installation.

In 2008, Intera became the majority owner of Normek. By broadening the ownership base, the foundations for Normek’s growth and further internationalization were created. During Intera’s ownership, Normek also made acquisitions in Finland and Sweden.

In 2019, Intera exited from Normek when the German company Donges Group, specializing in steel construction and facade solutions, acquired the entire share capital of the company.
