German based Donges Group acquires Normek Oy

German based Donges Group has acquired the shares of Normek Oy, one of the leading steel building construction and façade solutions companies in Finland. Donges Group specializes in the design, engineering and construction of steel bridges and steel building constructions, as well as roof and façade solutions. Seller in the transaction was Normek Group Oy, owned by Intera Fund I Ky and private shareholders. Transaction was completed in February 2019.
