The company is a key partner for many large Finnish and Nordic companies and has led hundreds of business transformation projects, corporate reorganizations, ICT transformations, and digital business services development projects.

Midagon was founded in 2006 based on Nordic values and a vision for better consulting. Midagon’s value proposition to its employees builds on the combination of offering interesting and demanding professional challenges, while at the same time enabling a good work-life balance. Midagon’s project managers and business management consultants have an average of more than 20 years of experience in implementing business transformations.

Intera has been a part of Midagon’s growth journey since 2021, when it partnered up with Midagon’s management and personnel. The partnership has provided Midagon with new tools for growth and internationalization: next to profitable organic growth, the company expanded its operations to Sweden in 2022, when Kontract AB joined the Midagon group.
