Benjamin Ylipää joins Intera’s investment team

Intera Partners is pleased to welcome Benjamin Ylipää to its investment team.

Benjamin brings valuable experience from investment banking and M&A. Prior to joining Intera, he worked for two years at MCF Corporate Finance in London, where he advised companies and financial sponsors on M&A and carve-outs.

Benjamin holds an M.Sc. (Econ) from Aalto University School of Business, majoring in finance. He is also already familiar with Intera, having previously worked with the team as an intern in spring 2023.

“At Intera, I am most excited about building long-term growth stories together with entrepreneurs and management teams,” says Benjamin.

Intera focuses on accelerating the growth and internationalization of its portfolio companies, working in close cooperation with management and the board of directors. Currently, Intera employs 19 investment professionals in Helsinki and Stockholm, whose role as partners for entrepreneurs and company management is an important part of Intera’s approach.
