Juha Pekka Katainen

I have worked for 25 years as a partner at Krogerus, of which 14 years as Managing Partner and the last 8 years as Chair of the Board.

As an attorney, I have long-term experience particularly in technology, media and telecommunications as well as financial sector assignments. I have served as lead partner and adviser to senior management in several significant commercial transactions as well as dispute resolution and compliance matters. Throughout my career, I have frequently advised boards of various companies and served as a board member in private companies.

Entrepreneurship and professional services are close to my heart. As an attorney, I have worked with Intera since its founding. Now as part of the team, I am excited about the opportunity to help Intera and its portfolio companies build new success stories and growth in Finland.
