Jouko Prami

I joined the Intera team in spring 2026. My responsibilities cover financial planning and management, developing internal processes and operations, IT services and risk management, as well as fund reporting and investor relations together with the management team.

Prior to joining Intera, I spent more than ten years with two internationally active Finnish growth companies in the food and pharmaceutical industries, mainly serving as CFO. In both roles I was closely involved in developing the businesses and laying the groundwork for strong, profitable growth.  Earlier in my career I worked as a management consultant at McKinsey and in analyst and controller roles at Nordea Markets.

What drew me to Intera was above all the opportunity to support the growth and internationalisation of several ambitious companies through my own role. More broadly, what I find compelling about private equity is how active ownership and the right toolkit can unlock the potential of diverse businesses and, in doing so, generate wider value for the world around them.
