Successful placement by Intera of Kamux Corporation shares

Intera Fund II Ky has placed 2.75 million shares in Kamux Corporation, representing approximately 6.9 per cent of all the shares in the Company, in an accelerated bookbuild offering to Finnish and international institutional investors. The price was EUR 6.8 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately EUR 18.7 million. After the sale, Intera’s holding in Kamux represents approximately 14.1 per cent of the shares in Kamux.
