Polarica
Polarica is a producer of wild berries and wild game, such as reindeer and elk. The company’s clientele includes the food industry, large-scale kitchens, restaurant wholesalers, the retail sector, and the pharmaceutical industry across the Nordic countries, Europe as well as globally. Polarica’s headquarters are located in Haparanda, and the company operates factories in Sweden, Finland, and Poland.
Intera invested in Polarica in 2010 and exited Polarica in 2019 by selling its share back to representatives of the second generation of the founding families. At the time of Intera’s exit in 2019, the company’s revenue was approximately EUR 80 million.
