Better Burger Society is a company focused on the premium burger market, that gathers locally operating restaurant concepts focusing on quality ingredients under one roof. The company’s goal is to achieve a leading position in the growing European market by operating as the parent company of the burger chains.

Intera Partners and the leading restaurant operator in Northern Europe, NoHo Partners, established the company together in 2023. Better Burger Society accelerates the growth of restaurant concepts it owns and supports local entrepreneurs and teams to develop their concepts and operations. Consolidating similar concepts within one group enables smart harmonization of operating models, sharing of best practices, and certain advantages of scale and synergy. The principles of sustainable development also play an important role in the company’s operations.

The company’s first restaurant concepts are the Finnish Friends & Brgrs and the Swiss Holy Cow!. The goal of the partnership is to grow local brands organically and expand the company’s operations through selected acquisitions in new operating countries.
