Intera has sold a part of its holding in NoHo Partners Plc

Intera Fund II Ky has sold a part of its holding in NoHo Partners Plc to a limited number of institutional investors. Intera sold 900,000 shares in the Company, corresponding to approximately 4.7 percent of all shares and votes in the Company. The gross sales proceeds of the sale amounted to approximately EUR 7.9 million. After the sale, Intera owns 918,755 shares in the Company, corresponding to approximately 4.8 present of all shares and votes.
